AERO Race Wheels Takes New Direction with IMCA Contingency Program in 2010

ESTHERVILLE, Iowa – AERO Race Wheels takes a new direction with its 2010 contingency award program for five IMCA divisions.

Winners of designated special events for the IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars, IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stocks, Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMods and Southwest Racing Specialties Southern SportMods all receive $40 product certificates from the Estherville, Iowa, manufacturer.

State champions in the same divisions earn $25 product certificates. AERO’s 2009 program had targeted mid-season point leaders and drivers with the lowest finish in point standings with perfect attendance at their local track. For the fourth consecutive season, AERO will provide feature win decals to be given in all sanctioned divisions. Those decals will be included in packets mailed to promoters of local tracks and are to be presented to drivers following sanctioned weekly or special events victories. Aero is also awarding $25 product certificates to Modified, Stock Car, Hobby Stock and SportMod drivers accepting engine claims in 2010.

"The variety of the AERO program continues to evolve and target new drivers in new ways every season,” IMCA Marketing Director Kevin Yoder said. “From Allstar Performance state champions to special event winners to claimed drivers, AERO discounts will be dispersed to a very wide demographic of IMCA racer again in 2010."
