Aero Race Wheels are solely to be used on race tracks and are not approved for public streets or highways. Aero Race Wheels disclaims any warranty including any express or implied warranty regarding this product. Aero Race Wheels shall not be liable for any damages including but not limited to any personal injury damages, bodily injury damages, punitive damages, or contractual damages, arising from the use of this product. Aero Race Wheels reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice and without any obligation or liability to update, replace, or modify products it has previously sold. Venue for any legal action or dispute shall be in the Iowa District court for Emmet County or the United States District court for the Northern District of Iowa, both applying Iowa law without regard to conflict of law rules.
